When will I receive my parcel?
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 4 p.m. (CET) will be entrusted to the courier the same day. The shipment will be processed the following working day after this timestamp. All orders placed after 3.30pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning.
The products will be delivered within two working days, with remote areas and islands taking up to four days.
We will not be held liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures at the destination. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track it.
We recommend that you include a mobile phone number in your order so that the courier can contact you more easily.
How much does a shipment cost?
Shipping is free for orders of 150€ or more in Italy; for orders of less than 150€, shipping is 9.99€.
Shipping is free for orders of 300€ or more in Spain and Belgium; for order of less than 300€, shipping is 19,99€.
How can I follow the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details and a tracking number so you can track it. Log in to your account and go to the orders section to check the status of your order.
I lost the tracking information of my order, what should I do?
Tracking information can be found in the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you or by logging in to your account’s order section. If you are unable to find it, please contact our Customer Service.
What is the courier and how does the delivery work?
DHL courier is used for shipments. There will only be one delivery attempt. If the recipient is not present, the courier will leave a notice and your order will be shipped to the nearest pick-up location, where it will be held for five days. You have the option of picking up your package or contacting our customer service to reschedule a delivery. Otherwise, the package will be returned to stock. We recommend that you include a mobile phone number in your order so that the courier can contact you more easily.
How can I request a return?
You can return a product within 14 calendar days of delivery by filling out the form in the returns section.
Under normal due diligence, the items must be returned intact, complete with all of their parts and in the original packaging (including envelopes and packages), well-kept, and possibly used for the short time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics, and size, without signs of wear or dirt, subject to the terms of sale.
Is the return free?
The return will be charged in order to encourage more careful buying and minimise fuel emissions. You can return with your preferred forwarder or through our customer service (for a fee of 9€). You must return the package by inputting the correct order references: order number, consignee, and sender. If you prefer to do so through our customer service, we will take care of the label, and you may choose whether to deliver the item to a collection point or have it picked up from your home, both at a fee of 9€.
When will I be refunded?
If the returned product meets the above requirements, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be made within 10 days of the quality control, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If the customer’s payment method is no longer available, he or she must contact Customer Service.
Can I return an item bought online in the store?
No, this feature is not currently available.
Are shipping costs refunded?
When an order (or part of it) is returned, we only refund the price of the items, not the shipping costs.
Where can I find the return label?
Following the acceptance of the return request, you will receive an email with the return label.
What payment methods can I use on KAOS?
We accept the following payment methods: Credit card, Prepaid Cards, belonging to the circuit Visa, Visa Electron, American Express or Mastercard in addition to Paypal and Scalapay. We do not currently accept cash on delivery or bank transfers.
Can I pay by instalments?
Yes, we offer the option to pay with 3 instalments with Scalapay.
Scalapay is an is an innovative payment method that allows customers to place an order, up to a maximum of 600€, receive the products immediately and pay in three convenient equal instalments with a monthly deadline without any interests.
After confirming your order details, you will be asked to access to your Scalapay account to complete your payment. If you don’t a Scalapay account, you can create it from the login page before completing your order. The first instalment will be charged immediately upon purchase. The second instalment will be charged after one month, the third after two months. In case you return your order, the payment plan will be cancelled and you will be refunded the amount of the already paid instalments. For more information visit the Scalapay policy.
Can I use multiple payment methods for the same order?
We currently only accept one form of payment per order.
How do I buy?
Buying on our Online Store is very simple: if you already know what you are interested in, use the specific dropdown sections ‘New Arrivals’, ‘Clothing’ or ‘Accessories’ on the . If you are looking to be inspired, check out the sections ‘Shop By Look’ and ‘Magazine’
Once you find a product that you want to order, select the size and the colour and click the below button ‘ADD TO CART’. At this stage, you can either proceed with the order or continue with your shopping.
You can always check the selected items by clicking on the ‘Shopping Cart’ button at the top of the page.
In case you change your mind, you can always modify the content of your Shopping Cart by removing the products you don’t want anymore. To complete the order click on ‘BUY NOW’, this will direct you at the create your personal account page.
How do I find the articles that interest me?
To search for products you can use the main menu by clicking on the category of interest. You can click on various filters to narrow the selection of products. You can also use the search box at the top right corner of the page and insert identifying keywords such as: item code, colour, product type and others
Do I need to create an account in order to place an order?
Yes, registration is mandatory. By registering you can enjoy the following benefits:
•Access your Wish List
•Track your order and review all your purchases;
•Receive a notification when new products are available;
•Save your address and credit card details to make faster future purchases;
•Manage your account details and newsletter subscription.
Can I change the delivery address after the order has already been shipped?
Once the order is confirmed, we cannot ensure the possibility of changing the shipping address you entered when purchasing.
I have not received any notifications regarding my order, why?
It is possible that the email address was incorrectly typed during the purchasing process. If this happens, to receive notifications regarding your order, please contact the Customer Service. We will be able to provide you with all the information you need.
I have received a coupon, how can I use it?
The discount codes or coupons have a limited validity period, which is always reported in the email you received containing the discount code itself.
You must apply the coupon in the shopping cart before completing the order. In case you will return one or more items that are part of an order to which a coupon has been applied, it will not be refunded.
You can only use one discount code per order.
What should I do if I receive a defective garment?
We guarantee that all our items are checked by our quality control department before being shipped.
In case you receive a defective item, please send an email to our Customer Care at customercare@kaosstore.com, specifying the order number, the product code and attaching photos to prove your statement. This will help us in analysing the damage you are reporting.
Please note that items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidentally or for improper use, will not be considered defective.
Can I change my order?
All your orders are processed automatically and therefore you cannot modify the purchased items in any way. You can ask to cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet by contacting our Customer Service
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Cancellation can only be requested for orders not yet processed. To request the cancellation of an order, it is necessary to send this request to our Customer Service at the following email: customercare@kaosstore.com.
Do out-of-stock items come back on the Online Shop?
If the product of your interest is sold-out, you should enter your email address in the box of the product sheet, then you will be notified when and if the product is back in stock.
How do I choose my own size?
See the size chart in each KAOS clothing product sheet. You will find a diagram with the anatomical measurements in centimetres, this will help you choosing the size that best suits you. The website shows the sizes on the tags of our products. We remind you that all sizes on our website are Italian sizes.
How can I wash the purchased product?
We recommend that you carefully follow all the instructions on the label of the purchased product.
What is my item made of?
You can find each products’ material composition directly on the product page, under the description details.
How can I change my contact information?
You can see all of this information by heading to the account section in the top right corner of the page.
